Curating bridal fashion for a Luxury Winter Jewish Wedding at the Four Seasons Hampshire

We loved working with Michelle of Elegante by Michelle J to curate the fashion for a ‘luxury winter Jewish wedding’ at the The Four Seasons Hampshire UK.

The concept was the brain child of wedding planner extra  ordinaire Michelle, who had assembled a fantastic crew of wedding professionals for a creative collaboration.

The date was set and changed several times due to restrictions, but on the 31st March we all came together and do what we do best.

The luxury Four Seasons Hampshire is set in gently rolling countryside. It’s the perfect wedding venue with ample grounds for parking and rooms for your guests to stay. Although it’s less than 1: 5 hours’ drive from London, we were cocooned in a peaceful haven.

Mebrure and I started by laying out and steaming the chosen dresses. For the first look, we chose ‘Farrah’ from our Pronovias collection. An off the shoulder style with a wrap over ‘Bardot’ collar, cinched waist and full skirt. We love that it has pockets and who doesn’t love a bridal pocket! We styled this with a soft down jacket for a delicate wintery coverup.  A tiara and long sparkly veil by Dolecka Bridal completed the look.

The models Daisy Louve and Malcolm Modele are such fun to work with and a ‘real couple’ which truly brings the magic to the images. First off, they went into prep with superstar MUA

Paulo Santos Photography had a feast for his lense with a beautiful winter berry colour palette of damsons, dusky pinks and Parma violets throughout the hotel.

The traditional Jewish Chuppah installation, (wedding canopy) was created with balloons and florals by Balloonista and Arcade Flowers. The luscious jewel tones with an abundance of foliage, created a luxurious but intimate setting for the wedding ceremony.

We adore the traditions of all weddings and the Jewish ceremony has so many meaningful moments. The bedecken when the groom covers his bride with her face veil, is often a first look and always special.

For the next style, we chose ‘Lucy’ one of our own Mirror Mirror Couture gowns. Classical and timeless in its modest simplicity. We styled it with our long Grace veil and completed the look with a set of hair pins worn to the side.

The final look was a lighter lace dress from our Nicole Milano edit. Perfect for a second dress and for dancing the night away. Daisy and Malcolm took a turn in the beautiful walled garden as the sun began to set.
