“I cannot recommend Mirror Mirror highly enough. From the moment I walked through the door, the whole team made me feel so special.
The entire experience was thoughtful, personal and genuinely joyful. It felt like being treated like royalty every step of the way.
Funnily enough, the dress I chose (Nevado) was actually the very first dress I tried on! I thought I wanted something much more fitted, but nothing ever came close to how I felt in that dress. Despite trying on another 33 dresses across the UK and South Africa just to be absolutely sure, I kept coming back to it.
Mirror Mirror simply felt like home.
What really sets Mirror Mirror apart is the incredible team. Everyone goes above and beyond and is completely invested in making sure you are happy and confident. Meb guided me from the very beginning with practical advice and endless encouragement. Andrea gave wonderful advice on hairstyles, veils and jewellery. Alterations are a hugely critical part of having your perfect wedding dress- and Cathryn was exceptional with my alterations, checking and double-checking every detail, filming bustle tutorials for my bridesmaids, and even showing me how to get into the car in my dress!
It was one of the most uplifting, supportive and empowering experiences I’ve ever had. The care, attention to detail and genuine warmth from everyone at Mirror Mirror made the journey unforgettable. I couldn’t have been happier with my dress or the experience as a whole.

“At my appointment I soon realised my favourite online dress wasn’t the right dress for me, but I still loved that straight neck and straps look. I thought I wanted a clean style but wanted to try on a full lace dress to be sure.
I tried on another and that also wasn’t quite right for me but my mum and my aunt who were with me picked out Catmint by Pronovias for me to try and I fell in love with the lace, it was so beautifully made and timeless. However, I still had my heart set on the general bodice shape of my initial favourite. That’s where my stylist Becca and fitter Meb along with the amazing atelier team brought that to life during the fittings and customisation process.
I’m so grateful to the whole team for making the dress of my dreams.”

This week we downed tools in the busy bridal season to celebrate our one and only Sandra’s upcoming special birthday.
If you’ve had a Mirror Mirror Couture dress or customisation in the past twenty eight years, your beautiful creation will have passed through her golden hands and the in-house atelier.
The team came together to eat gorgeous home cooked Chinese and Greek food (care of Lin and Maria) a homemade cake from Cathryn and plenty of presents and treats from all of her colleagues. It was very much a Mirror Mirror family affair, full of love and respect and a very surprised Sandra!
