Covid19 New safety measures

Whilst we have made some changes in order to keep us all safe, our aim is to give you a wonderful Mirror Mirror Experience and find the dress of your dreams.

For everyone’s safety we have reduced the number of appointments every day to avoid too many people through the boutique.

All clients will be asked to sanitise their hands on arrival and we shall be using a non contact thermal thermometer on all staff and clients on entry.

You and your guest will be required  to wear face masks. We have disposable ones and gloves for those that prefer to wear them.

We shall all wear masks during the close contact of the actual fitting or try on.

When you are in a dress you love, you will be given the opportunity to remove your mask as the fitter/stylist steps back for a moment and you have the opportunity to see how wonderful you look!

The most important thing at this time is observance of the strict ‘only one special guest  policy’ which is non negotiable. Please, please don’t ask to bring more.

Observing appointment start and finish times is also essential so we have enough time to prepare in between clients.

Although not ideal, we have all adjusted and we realise  that with a little imagination these measures don’t come between a bride to be and her dress!

One thing remains the same, our passion for ensuring our brides look their most beautiful confident selves.
